We encourage you to store jewelry in their box. If not reused, recycle our packages and shipping materials as you usually would, separating paper for plastics. Alternatively, you can ship packages back to us and we will recycle them for you, please contact us for the address. The buyer is responsible for any shipping and customs fees.

You will receive the item packaged in a beautiful protective gift box. I ship all items via registered air-mail which includes insurance, a tracking number, and delivery confirmation. You can easily upgrade to EMS express shipping upon order, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your door. If you have any specific shipping requests or questions please contact me.

Everything in my shop is handmade by me with lots of love and care. Please allow 1-3 weeks for me to make your jewelry, depending on the item, but it usually takes even less.

I offer payment plans for up to 3 installments. *You are welcome to write to me how many payments you would like to make. *when the first payment is made, I will start working on your order. *Payment will be completed before shipping.

Cancellations and returns

I hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. All of my work is handmade; therefore, there may be slight differences in each piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please CONTACT ME within 14 days of delivery and I will help you resolve your problem. Please send the item back to me in its original package and in the condition of arrival within 30 days, and I will refund you the full amount minus the shipping fees. For special orders and custom-made items (such as engraved items or rings) I will not be able to refund, but I will be happy to resize or modify the item to your satisfaction. In case of returning a ring - I will refund 80% of the cost of the ring (deduction for process and handling).

In case of a package returned to me due to reasons that fall under customer's responsibility i.e. failure to claim the package, incorrect address, choosing the wrong size, etc - customers will be charged all fees and expenses involved. In case of returning an item that was sent with free delivery - the delivery fee will be deducted from the refund. If you are returning an item you will have to pay for the delivery back to me.

Listed prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added separately for purchases within Israel. *US buyers: Please note that duty is covered by me and your order should be cleared from customs seamlessly. How to know what ring size you need

The best way is to go to a local jeweler and get your finger fitted for size. Another option is you to follow these instructions and send me the final length you got: 1. Get a non-stretchy string or paper about 6" long and 1/4" wide. 2. Wrap around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug, but not too tight. 3. Mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps forming a circle.
