We offer two different brands to make sure you get exactly what you want! Details on both our Carter’s and Gerber Onesies® are outlined below. All onesies® are white with short sleeves.

Carter’s Brand

The Carter’s bodysuit is made with 100% cotton rib fabric for maximum baby comfort and softness that also lends to an excellent print quality and durable bodysuit for your baby. Bodysuit features include: expandable shoulder neckline for easy dressing and emergency blowouts and reinforced triple button snap closure for easy changing.

The Carter’s sizing chart is below. Due to the potential of slight shrinkage on first wash and your baby’s growth, we recommend if you are unsure or close to the weight/height thresholds that you ORDER ONE SIZE BIGGER than the size you think you’ll need.

Newborn - 6-9 Ibs. / 18-21.5 in.
3M - 9 -12.5 lbs. / 21.5-24 in.
6M - 12.5-17 lbs. / 24-27 in.
9M - 17-21 lbs. / 27-28.5 in.

Onesie® Care

To properly care for your Onesie® machine wash the onesie® inside out with cold water on a delicate cycle. To dry, tumble dry on a low heat or hang to dry. Do NOT use harsh detergents, fabric softener or bleach. Do NOT iron.

Gerber Onesies®

The Gerber Onesie® is made with 100% cotton rib fabric for maximum baby comfort and softness that also lends to an excellent print quality and durable onesie® for your baby. Onesie® features include: expandable lap shoulder neckline for easy dressing and emergency blowouts, double button snap closure for easy changing, and a ribbed leg opening.

Sizes:

Gerber Onesies® tend to run a bit small and can shrink some on the first washing. Your baby will also inevitably grow! Thus, we recommend if you are unsure or close to the weight/height thresholds that you ORDER ONE SIZE BIGGER than the size you think you’ll need.

0-3 months - 8 -12 lbs. / 21-24 in.
3-6 months - 12-16 lbs. / 24-26 in.

Processing & Shipping Time

With the exception of large orders, which we assume you don't need unless you're buying for an entire neighborhood all at once, we print your custom onesie® in 1-2 business days.

Thus, how fast you get your onesie® depends on what shipping option you choose during checkout! There are three shipping speeds to choose from during the checkout process. With Priority Mail Express shipping, including printing time, you can have it in as little as 2-3 business days. If you need your onesie® fast, please let us know what date you need it by and we’ll let you know how to get it to you.

We use USPS to ship all orders. All orders ship from Salt Lake City, Utah. Rates are calculated by Etsy at checkout based on the address in your Etsy account. Available shipping speeds are outlined below:

USPS First Class Package Services - 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail - 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express - 1-2 business days

Printing Process:

All of our onesies® are printed with love on a world-class direct-to-garment printer that offers a far better print quality than vinyl heat transfer. The eco-friendly inks used are kid and pet safe and have been rated with the highest rating for the number of times they can be rewashed before fading occurs. Post-printing we cure the ink with a commercial quality heat press to ensure your printed onesie® does not crack. We are 100% confident you’ll love the gorgeous and long-lasting onesie® that you will get. Please note, white ink in any design on any onesie® with the exception of black does not print. Rather, any white elements in the design will use the background color of the onesie®. White will print on black onesies®. Gift Wrap / Gifts / Invoice-less Orders

If you’re buying your onesie® as a gift please let check the “This order is a gift” checkbox on the Cart page during checkout. This will will ensure that no prices will be shown on any of the package contents. You can also add any other notes to the order when checking this box.

What is your refunds and return policy?

Anytime it is our mistake - printing or shipping - we will of course make sure you are either refunded or sent a replacement onesie® at no charge to you.

In cases where it is not our fault there is some difficulty due to the nature of custom products. Nonetheless, we're moms just like you. If you aren't 100% happy with your onesie® contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. We want you to be happy and will do everything we can to make it happen!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you absolutely need to cancel your order please do so before it ships. Per the previous question, custom orders present some challenges when it comes to cancellations as we print these on demand and do no hold inventory that can be re-sold, especially when we’ve fulfilled it correctly. Nonetheless, contact us and we will do our best to make it right and ensure you are happy!

What happens with a wrong address?

Because we use calculated shipping as offered by Etsy this means that the shipping address is filled out automatically through Etsy based on the information you enter at checkout or have on file. Because of this, we are not responsible for any information that is entered incorrectly.
