It's trendy these days in the world of arts/crafts & decor to put things in jars: air plants, terrariums, pebbles, flies. I'd like to think I was ahead of the curve. While I was an incompetent art student back in 2005, I screenprinted images of lizards in jars - unfortunately my execution was not so hot, and that project is best left buried in the past.
It was [memories of that project + my love for soon-departing juncos + amusement at trends in etsy front pages] which = this strange little print.

This print is 5" x 8" on kozo-shi paper. Each one is signed, titled & dated by the artist.
