To keep your jewelry to their original shine, I will recommend to store them in the seal lock bag to prevent them from moisture. If your piece are solid metal and no plated components and no stone, you can put them in the jewelry solution or the sonic jewelry cleaner. If your jewelry set with stone and made with precious metal, gently clean it with jewelry cleaning cloth.
You can treat gold filled jewelry just like gold. They are bonded with thick layer of 14K gold and base metal that made to last. Clean them in the lightly soapy water with soft brush or gentle rub with jewelry cleaning cloth. Make sure to take your jewelry out before get into swimming pool or sauna room. Less contact with chemical is always good to avoid.
