This is a portrait of Bartholemew (aka Barry) an aspiring actor who is working temporarily as a bellhop at an exclusive Manhattan Hotel. He has great promise as a shakespearean cat actor but as many artists must pay his dues before he achieves the success he so deserves. This is a print of an original oil painting I did as a series of portraits of shelter cats at the Humane Society of New York. They were published in a book entitled "The Well-Bred Cat" (available on
written by James Waller.

This is a 6” x 7” print of an original oil painting. It is printed on 8 1/2” x 11” Epson heavy matte
paper which gives it a rich, velvety look. I also use Epson inks guaranteed not to fade for 99+ years.

This is also available as a collectible ACEO print (2.5 x 3.5)
