Anti-Bullying Pattern - Robert Frost, Gay Pride
Digital file type(s): 2 JPG, 1 other file
This text is from a Robert Frost quote, one of my favorites. The full quote is:
"Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one’s definition of your life; define yourself."
The quote is really applicable to everyone and pretty much every situation, though what it first made me think of was the rash of suicides by gay teenagers. They were effectively bullied into silence and neither Robert Frost nor I think that's acceptable.
This is a fun, easy pattern that should take up a few days of your time. Work it in more neutral colors to represent a different cause or just buy the pattern for the border and put in your own text.
The pattern will be sent to you as a .jpg file, and includes the colors I used for my piece. when stitched on 14 count Aida it measures 8 1/2 inches wide and 4 1/8 inches high.
