Handmade personalized clay necklace with initial of your choice.

DETAILS:
Necklace comes on a real gold plated cable chain, and the chain measures 30 inches.
The Initial charm is 5 cm long. Pendants have a matte finish.
We make every single pendant by hand using oven hardening clay.
Each pendant can fit up to three characters. Characters will be placed vertically on pendant.

If you would like more than one initial please select "custom" from the drop down menu and type the letters you would like in the notes section of your order.

-------PROCESS-------
This necklace is hand stamped. The letters are aligned by eye and stamped individually by hand. This is not an exact process, so letter depth will vary between pieces and letter alignment may not be perfect. Our clay is hand mixed so colors may vary slightly. For the speckled colors please be aware that the speckled pattern will vary from pendant to pendant. In addition, colors vary depending on the device the photos are viewed on. This means that the product you actually receive may not perfectly match the color shown on your screen.

PACKING AND SHIPPING:
Please do not use the notes section of your order to relay time sensitive information (such as needing an address change). If you need to relay information regarding shipping, please message us directly. Requesting an arrival date in the notes section of your order does not guarantee it will arrive by that day, but we’ll do our best! Please see our Policies section for more information about turnaround times.

As soon as your item ships, Etsy will send a shipping notification that includes tracking information.

Our packaging is important to us! We don't offer gift packaging at this time, but all orders are packaged with Jill Makes branding and make great gifts.

In fairness to all of our customers, we are not able to bypass the processing time to ship any order ahead of schedule.

If you are under time restraints or live in an area where package theft is common, please choose an upgraded, insured shipping method at checkout, like USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Free USPS First Class Shipping on orders over $35 typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive after the processing time. First Class Shipping is not insured. FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL orders take approx. 2-6 weeks to arrive. However, transit times can vary GREATLY. Our arrival timelines have temporarily increased due to COVID-19 and the holiday season. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. We have had customers wait several months for items to arrive.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (6-10 business days) and USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (3-5 business days). These shipping times are estimates and we can not guarantee the delivery date.

If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end. (Again, we see what you see!) If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost / stolen packages.

Please note that Jill Makes will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. We are able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before the order ships.

If your item is shipped to the wrong address, we find that these packages are often returned to sender. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you once the item gets returned to us. You will then be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address. (Typically $3-5 for domestic shipments, and prices vary for international shipping.)

We completely understand that you'd like your international order as soon as possible. We strongly recommend purchasing either USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (the fastest international shipping option available). Both of these shipping methods are insured by USPS.

While we never want to disappoint our customers, we are not able to issue a refund once your order ships from our studio. If the order is returned to sender, we will refund your order minus the cost of shipping.
