I hand pick each and every one of my beads as to only provide the best selection and quality. If by chance, you receive a bead that is broken or chipped, it could be an oversight on our part due to the large amount of beads that go through our hands. Simply message me with a photo and describe the problem. I'll always do my best to correct the situation.
