Our beautiful personalized Pyrex baking dishes are laser engraved with our state-of-the-art commercial laser engraving machine. Whether you are looking for a wedding gift, a housewarming gift, or wanting to treat Mom to a one of a kind Mother's Day present she will cherish forever, we have the perfect engraved baking dish for you!

Our Red dish option comes with easy grip handles for use with pot warmers, and a red Pyrex plastic lid for safe food storage.
We also offer a teal lid option in a 13x9 DISH ONLY. They can come with a custom matching warmer [teal lid only] that include the dish, lid, temperature safe bag & hot/cold pack when you select 13x9 w/warmer from the drop down menu (only when available as a selection) They are great to ensure safe travel and delivery of your dish when using for potlucks or travel. The teal lid is also larger holding 50% more food than the red lid option.

PYREX FACTORY LOGOS AND MINOR GLASS IMPERFECTION CAUSED DURING THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS AT PYREX CAN NOT BE REMOVED AND WILL BE ENGRAVED OVER. NOTHING WE CAN DO TO CHANGE THIS ASPECT OF THE PRODUCT.

ALL Orders over 1LB will ship UPS GROUND and may take a few extra days to arrive, based on your location. We are on the East Coast. (Shipping will take 1-7 Business Days) Please provide us with a physical address we DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES, and this will cause a delay in the shipping of your order.

Your tracking number will be provided to the email you used when placing your order once your order has shipped (Approx 5-7 business days is our standard processing time)

If you require faster SHIPPING you can choose the EXPRESS options at checkout, however, the higher shipping rates will be your responsibility and will not be covered by Rustic Route Designs.
If your order requires INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and your tracking will be provided in an email from Etsy when your order ships. We do not offer free International Shipping, and any Customs Fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. We use UPS International or USPS International for All International orders.

PROCESSING TIME
At Rustic Route Designs we make processing and shipping speed our top priority. We know that when you fall in love with a personalized product, you would like to receive it as soon as possible.
Orders will be produced and shipped within 1-7 business days; however, we usually produce and ship within 48 to 72 hours when it is not a busy time of year. It is important to remember that all time frames are ESTIMATES, not a guarantee, however, we do our very best to meet these time frames and will communicate with you if we are experiencing a delay.

Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. Because of the personalized nature of our gifts, we are not able to accept returns on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Also, all reports of damage or defects must be made within 48 HOURS of receipt, based on date and time post marked by carrier.

We strongly encourage that you open your items and inspect them immediately upon delivery . Any reports made after the 48 hour window will be denied.

Orders shipping to AK, HI, and U.S. Territories have a longer transit time. It may take up to 14-20 business days for delivery once the order is shipped out. Our holiday shipping guarantees are only available to the contiguous 48 US States.

Orders with U.S. Military addresses could take 4-6 weeks to deliver once the order is shipped.

International orders can take up to 60 days for delivery once shipped and the Buyer is responsible for ALL Import Taxes and Fees. I had received as a wedding gift a personalized casserole dish , and was amazed how much i used it- and always got it back when used at parties and gatherings with many compliments to add! i knew when my next friend was getting married i wanted to do the same thing. Found out from my friend who bought that dish that the person who did them retired and didnt do them anymore. I was in search of someone and came across kim and her creations! I knew my deadline was tight with less than a week to get something personalized and sent to me, and she made it happen! The package came on time, it was beautiful, and reminded me of the joy I had receiving mine on our special day that i hope my friend will feel the same way! Thank you for everything!!

I had seen this gift at a bridal shower I went to and absolutely loved it! I ordered one of the dishes with the carrying dish for a bridal shower I was going to and it was a huge hit! As soon as the bride opened it everyone wanted the link to order them for themselves, gifts etc. I did the custom option and Kim was a dream to work with. She sent me a few proofs, we tweaked a few things and her team was so fast to get my exactly what I wanted. Shipping was very fast and I was so happy with the end product! Kim was very professional and attentive to any questions I had, even having it all done sooner than expected. I can’t wait to gift this again as I know how much people like it!

I purchased this as a wedding shower gift and had the bride and groom's names personalized on the bottom. I was looking for a 9x13 dish that came with a lid and this was exactly what I needed.
