Please refer to my shop announcement for current processing times. After I've finished making your order it's mailed immediately. I unfortunately can't guarantee the length of time once it's been mailed. But First Class mail for the continental U.S. is generally 3-5 days.

September - October is my busy season, so if you need something by a specific date please order at least two weeks ahead of time. If you need a rush order please contact me BEFORE purchasing to see if I can get it to you on time.

- Many of my items are made to order. I strive to keep everything as consistent as possible, however since they're all handmade there might be very slight variations in the item you receive versus the picture. The only differences would be the position of wire wrapping or leaves. I'm more than happy to send you a picture of what you'll be receiving before I send it out, just let me know in the comment box when you check-out, or send me a message.

- All of my head pieces are made to fit an average 22 inch head size. Most of the braids have an adjustable chain in the back and fit 21.5 - 23.5 inches. All other pieces have an open back design with loops. They can be made larger or more snug with gentle bending, and a ribbon or lace strung through the back loops can help to secure it in place. However if you would like a specific size just let me know in the comment box when you check-out.

- Children sizes are available upon request, just let me know the child's head size and/or age.

- Before storage make sure that it is clean and dry. Moisture can cause the metal to tarnish much quicker and is the main factor that speeds up the process. Also, storing tarnished jewelry with untarnished jewelry can cause both pieces to tarnish faster.

If tarnishing does occur, clean with a mild dish soap or toothpaste and a soft bristle tooth brush to help restore luster. Make sure to dry thoroughly afterward!

- Also a cheap and effective method to help keep jewelry shiny is to apply a thin coat of clear nail polish.
