The downloadable PDF pattern comes with full size pattern pieces. Size range is 1X-2X-3X-4X and all sizes are in this pattern. The chart below gives the measurements for the sizes:

Pattern instructions are very confusing. Poorly written. Pattern pieces refered to by several different names in different places. Shirt came out ok but had to do a lot of trial and error to get there. Would not recommend.
