This is a gorgeous Mid Century floor lamp! It is so mod, stylish and fabulous! We believe it was originally designed by Robert Sonneman in the 1960's.

The shade on this lamp is a large, plastic polymer globe. It has yellowed slightly with age, especially near the top. Because it's not glass you don't have to worry about it breaking easily (which is great if you have kids or pets!)

The plate where the globe connects to the neck has spots of brown rust. See our close-up photo.

The long chrome neck has some oxidation. See our close-up photo.

The teardrop base is in overall good condition, with some minor wear. It has minor signs of oxidation, but they're not obvious.

Overall this floor lamp measures 57" tall, and the globe is 14" wide. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions!
