TWO files will be sent when finished.

The finished files will be in 4000 x 4000 in 300dpi.
If you are looking for a specific size, please feel free to let us know.

2. Let us know the color you would like to use for the crest.
3. Let us know the pet's name or any other personal messages on the drawing.
4. Send us CLEAR and HIGH-RESOLUTION image(s) of the pet via Etsy Conversation after the order is placed.

*The pet portraits will be drawn based on the image(s) you have provided.

----- How will I receive the files? -----
The drawings will be sent to your e-mail on the Etsy profile directly when finished.
Please make sure the e-mail is correct.

----- Where to print the files? ----
You may have the files printed at home or at any print shops.
The print quality will depend on the types of paper and printers used.

----- Please kindly note that -----
1. No physical products will be actually mailed.
2. Colors may slightly different due to different models of monitors.
3. Production time might subject to change due to the nature of artistic creation.
