Vintage from the 1900s

Paint, Steel, Oak

Bench from a Parisian bank, circa 1900, of hand carved oak legs and top with black steel bar supports. Strong, sturdy and secure as the bank it came from. The 78 inch width is impressive and would accommodate a long hallway or an expansive lobby with cathedral ceiling. The six carved oak legs are an impressive touch of artistry. As is the routing on the legs and oak top. Speaks of fine craftsmanship. Quite Edwardian in a French aristocratic way. Arts and Crafts if it had been created in America. Pair available. Excellent vintage condition.
