All of our shoes made to order are custom made to the customers size and color of choice, so we cannot accept returns because the shoe is tailored to your style choice. We can however accept exchanges for sizing adjustments.

All of our shoes follow U.S, UK , EU sizing guidelines. Please contact us with your foot measurements in cm if you are unsure which U.S shoe equivalent you wear in your country.

All of our shoes are custom dyed and painted and are to be treated as art and novelty wear. In the event that you desire your shoes to freshened with color then we can direct you to our leather dye products to touch up the color of your shoes.

We welcome custom color requests for any of our shoe designs. We create our own color combinations to create new colors. Feel free to request a specific color for your order.

We provide wholesale on our woven mules or Huaraches styles as well as some of our loafers and flats. We do not wholesale the Tabi socks and barefoot shoes.
