I ordered an item on December 22, on December 27th, it showed that my item was ready for shipment and which I got a notification via email that it was shipped, however it never was shipped. I then got notification on January 3 that my item was ready for pre-shipment in which I was given a tracking number. My item never moved until I sent an email on January 6th in which the seller states it must’ve gotten lost at the post office, however that was not the case. The original item was never shipped. The item was finally shipped on the 7th. I would not recommend this company in the future. Too many issues with the order and product.
