Each and every listing has sizing specifications detailed to that individual apparel cut. Sizing cuts are UNISEX even though Etsy has occasionally mislabeled them as Men's.

Our apparel items are very versatile and can go into the washer and dryer along with your other laundry! However, the first wash may create a small amount of shrinkage, but we have not had a customer complain of this yet! Do not wash or dry our jackets however, they are to be spot cleaned only.

Gift wrapping and packaging

At this time we do not offer specialty gift wrapping or packaging, but we can leave the pricing off of the enclosed invoice if you request to do so in your order's notes!

Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Product

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any made to order products for customer's change of mind. In the event, the product is incorrect or damaged due to our making we will replace it. If it is damaged or missing due to the postal service's mishandling, the buyer will need to submit a claim to the carrier service. Any forced return, return to sender or unanswered response return will result in paid funds returned, minus any shipping costs that item incurred. If an international buyer refuses to pay their required import tax their forced return will also result in funds paid to be returned minus applicable shipping fees.

Mark Your Order As A Gift

Domestic shipments marked as a gift will not have pricing printed on the packing slip if possible. International shipments WILL have the value of the product on the customs form regardless if the item was marked as a gift or not. This is illegal to do otherwise.

Early shipping and planning are key for on-time delivery. We never promise a shipment to arrive by X date as we do not have any control over delivery. We do however have recommend shipping times on every listing. Please consider upgrading shipping methods at checkout to TRACKED (stickers and decals) or PRIORITY when you are pressed for quicker delivery times. Occasionally later orders still arrive on time and prints make great last-minute gifts since they are immediately printable. As a reminder, we are not responsible for late delivery and mail does not move on national holidays.

Holiday Shipping Timeline

Order all apparel, bags, pillows, mugs, and phone cases by December 13th for them to arrive prior to December 25th. All decals, stickers, patches, wood, and keychains are recommended to be ordered by the 15th for delivery by the 25th. You have until the 18th to order these items ONLY if you upgrade your shipping to priority/ express at checkout. If you do not select this at checkout your item will not be expedited. Keep in mind our prints, letters from Santa/Mickey, and digital items are delivered by email and make great last-minute gifts. Some people are taking the chance and still ordering with delivery being a few days after the holidays! Please understand we do our best at this time!
