Insightful Reflections - Mindfullness Cards- Deep reading and reflection, set of 80 cards, two decks, beautiful box! Hand screen printed!

A collaboration between a Reiki Master and her student to bring an idea to life, Insightful Reflections offer an interpretation of the world around us, providing a clearer way for you to hear your own inner voice.

These handmade cards have two decks of 40 cards each: An Insightful Questions deck, and a Reflective Areas deck. One card is drawn from each, allowing you to then interpret the connection of those two cards, in whatever way feels most important. The idea is similar to tarot, but there is no need for a book, or a tarot master, to tell you what the cards mean. It is up to your own inner voice, and how the cards speak to you. You are the interpreter. The cards provide a way to hear your own inner voice with a deeper clarity, and think about aspects of your life in a unique way.


Both the card box and decks are handmade in India, screen printed at a small shop of only six people. Each box is carefully made, with a magnetic clasp on top, and each card hand detailed in gold.


How to Use:
Independent/Daily Routine:
-Pull a question and reflection card as a way to start your day, or begin a meditation practice. This can then be a focus point for you throughout the day.
-Pull a question and reflection at night, providing context and framing for whatever events happened during that day.

Yoga/Meditation Groups:
-Have your students draw one question and one reflection card at the beginning of class, and reflect silently while waiting for class to begin. Those who are willing can then share their question and reflection at the end of the class.

With Friends:
-Each person chooses one question and one reflection card, and reflects for a moment silently. Then, take turns individually sharing how each person interprets the cards they chose, and how the insightful reflections relate to their lives.
-Choose ONE question card for the entire group, then each person picks one reflection card. Silently take a moment to see how your individual reflection card connects with the group question card. Take turns sharing interpretations to the same question card, but with different areas of reflection and life interpretation.

Therapy Sessions/Inner Healing:
-Use the cards as a way to help people open up, and practice listening to their own inner voice.

With students/classes/advisory groups:
-Use as a way to help people get to know one another better.
(It’s important that it’s a safe space, and nobody is forced to share.)
