Imagine glamming up your next tea party or soiree using this lovely plate/cake stand?

Fill it with tea cakes, cookies, cupcakes, appetizers, jewelry, fruit... with a posey of flowers on top in the tea cup???

I glued an old French Limoges teapot to a creamy Italian basketweave dinner plate- don't your just love those wonderful European countries??

The teapot is white with pale grey flowers, sage green leaves and gold details. It is in very nice condition for it's age with only one small hard to notice hairline crack.

The base plate is 10 1/2" across. I used 2 different plates to cover the top of the lidless teapot, and the one on top is a pearly lustreware salad plate with a gold rim, measuring 7 1/2" across.

On top of that is an amber colored champagne glass (with a clear stem), topped by a lovely little 6" petal glass plate. On the very top of this arrangement sits a pearly lustreware tea cup with a purple flower and gold leaves.

I love the way this piece turned out! The colors blend beautifully creating an elegant and glamorous statement.

Stands app. 12 1/2" tall.

Pieces glued together with permanent industrial strength adhesive. Please wipe clean with a damp cloth.
