How do I apply my sticker?

HOW TO APPLY YOUR STICKER **the adhesive is semi-permanent after a couple of days -- Make sure the surface is smooth or as close to smooth as can be -- Clean surface w/rubbing alcohol & clean cloth -- Using something flat & soft to smooth out your sticker, also get rid of air bubbles if any. -- If placing on a vehicle we recommend that you don't wash your vehicle with a pressure washer. We cannot guarantee water and uv resistance. -- If placing on a tumbler, glass, thermos, etc., we advise against placing in a dishwasher, we would like for you to love your new sticker and hand wash it.

How do I apply my custom vinyl decal?

HOW TO APPLY YOUR DECAL 1. Clean surface w/rubbing alcohol & clean cloth 2. Place decal face down & peel off backing, carefully *decal may stick in places to the backing please take your time and be patient 3. Carefully place decal on desired surface/sticky side down 4. Using something flat to smooth out & press your decal in place 5. Slowly remove the cover film from your decal 6. Decals are outside rated, UV and weather resistant

What are shipping times

We ship everything with the USPS. Some items can be made same day as ordered & some may take 3-5 bus., days for production & other items can be up to two(2) weeks, then shipping will proceed once production is complete. *shipping times my be off a day or 2 from Etsy’s estimates We do everything we can to produce & ship your item as fast as we can. NOTE: Business days are Monday - Friday. Twisted Karma Designs,LLC Shop is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages due to USPS. - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS WITH ETSY IS CURRENT. We will not be responsible for any outdated or incorrect shipping information.

What if my package is lost?

If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you are not in possession of it you will need to contact your local post office for assistance. We do not provide tracking for regular stamped envelopes, please message us if you do not receive the item and we will proceed on a case by case basis Please provide a safe and secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen packages. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE, we are not responsible for order deliveries to an incorrect address that you provided.
