Here's a very unusual early drip coffee maker. This West Bend Kwik Drip pot will brew up to 18 cups of coffee on a stove. The pot consists of two sections- The top has a filter and is where you place your grounds. You pour hot water into the filter section and your coffee drips through the filter to the bottom pot. The entire pot is made of aluminum with black Bakelite handles. The pot stands almost 15" high and is 6" in diameter at the base. We believe this pot was made in the 1930's or 1940's.

Overall this pot is in very good vintage condition. The exterior has some light surface scratches and scuffs and a few very small dings but no large dents. The Bakelite handles are free of cracks or chips. The interior is also in pretty good shape with some coffee and water stains in bottom pot.

This is a super cool looking brewing contraption. Use it when you need to make coffee for a large herd or display it in your kitchen or coffee house as a unique example of mid-century industrial design.
