Will my order include a tracking number?

Free standard shipping includes basic tracking, which is not always accurate. Please allow 10-16 business days for your item to arrive after we ship it. If your item is marked as delivered and has not arrived, please allow a few more days for it to arrive.

The Decal is staying on the paper, how do I get it to stick to the transfer tape?

Using a credit card or something similar, rub the transfer tape with the decal on a hard surface. Peel the transfer tape off the backing paper slowly. Try to bring the backing paper back around to itself in a U shape. If a letter is being stubborn, pinch the decal from either side before trying again.

Items is marked as delivered, but hasn't arrived?

If your item is marked as delivered and has not arrived, please allow a few more days for it to arrive. Etsy tracking for First-Class Mail is not the most accurate and often marks it as delivered when it reaches the destination town.
