Item details

Vintage from the 1930s

Height: 8 Inches; Width: 10 Inches

This is an old photograph depicting a steam tug pulling a lumber schooner out to sea. They are still inside the bar in fairly smooth water. I have another photo in sequence to this one. It shows the ships going over the bar in rough water.

This photo is an 8x10 black and white glossy print. My own father probably made copies of these action photos and then printed the glossies for a newspaper. He often did that sort of thing. Now, I have no need for them and hope they will go to someone who will enjoy these rare and unusual glossy prints.

They were taken in the 30s or 40s when steam tugs were still used as well as lumber schooners.

They are in excellent condition and would make fine framable prints for an office or man cave. I am selling these photos separately. See them both here.
