All purchases come lovingly packaged in organza pouches with a bit of my own cleansing loose potpourri blend. It will arrive secure in a padded mailing envelope. *Please note... if you are sensitive to scents or just want the potpourri left out for whatever reason, please let me know beforehand.

For custom pieces you may also receive a hand-written thank you note including the names of gemstones used and explaining their properties in that jewelry piece.

To save on paper and ink, orders will NOT include an invoice.

All products will have sizing details provided to my best ability in the product description.

Some listings may have more than one quantity, but each might vary a bit in size and detail due to everything being handmade. That's part of the charm I think!

This may also be the case in regards to crystal or gemstone specimens that I have multiples of. Each is unique to itself created by Mother Earth, but again I will provide approximate dimensions in the product description.

Necklace chains can be changed to either a shorter or longer length than what's listed. Simply message me with your preferences and I will try my best to accommodate you.

Although wire jewelry is sturdy, some pieces may still allow for shifting or bending if you are not careful.

It's best to keep all jewelry clean and dry. Do not wear overnight and keep in an airtight container if you are concerned about oxidation.

Metals may react differently with different body chemistry. This includes oxidizing and staining of the skin. It's a natural occurrence and does not indicate a defect in the jewelry.
