There are many orphaned reference and encyclopedias sets not being used any longer, the thrift stores are full of them. Some are beautifully made with interesting covers. This is one example of a way to reuse these beauties! The world can always use more containers, right? I know I can.

These are perfect for keeping your knitting, magazines, toys, notes, comic books, extra maps, tidy trash (not recommended for any damp waste) general projects. Whatever you can dream up.

The 'The Old West' series of books are one of my favorites. 'The Indians' and 'The Cowboys' published by Time Life in 1974 with embossed faux leather covers.

Respecting and keeping within the spirit of these wonderful volumes, I have lined them with interesting protected papers. Some are handmade and marbleized while others are end papers from the actual books themselves.

This Book basket measures:
12"high x 9"wide.

GREAT FOR HOME/OFFICE AND COMMERCIAL USE:
Den/Office
Kids Room
Sewing Room
Family Room
Shop/Retail
Waiting Room
Studio Space
Class Room
Library Shop

Please feel free to contact me if you have a subject matter request or your own books that would make a good pair to put together for a new up-cycled life as a container .

Cheers,
bezula
