This excellent portable typewriter goes way back to 1922! One of the first portables!!!

It still works fine, you pop up the keyboard letters, how innovative was that for those days?
This particular one was made right after the original one that came out a year or two earlier and this one has a serial number of NP 20252. This is in very nice vintage shape for display, plus everything on it works. The case is worn but still closes nicely. The keys are in great condition as you can see in the photos.

For background info on this typewriter, please go to this site:
It gives a nice history of the portable.

It is a very good site that explains how I know so much about this item now, ha ha! The serial number gives me the date and I read all about the differences between the first ones and the second ones made. Mine has a wooden space bar. This one is pretty rare now. It is sized about 11" x 12" x 4" in the case.

If the ship price is more than actual, I will provide a refund of the difference of actual plus $1.00 for handling. I would only like to ship this to the continental US, so convo me if you are elsewhere and we can discuss. I want satisfied customers! I will also provide insurance rates if desired, very much recommended for $4.00.

This is a very popular model.

Huge thanks to Laurie of RecentHistory for this wonderful T with vintage selections, see at:
