Priscilla loves pink. There's just something about the cotton candy hue that makes her swoon. Sometimes, though, an entirely pink frock can be too frou frou, so Priscilla makes sure to add pieces to her wardrobe that bring out the more refined side of her favorite color, and this lovely dress is just the ticket.

Fashioned out of a silvery grey taffeta with pink satin striping, this lovely dress is a sight to behold. The grey ground has an amazing cast to it, either almost black to light silver depending on the light. The silhouette is The New Look epitomized, with a sexy nipped in waist, prominent padded shoulders, plunging surplice neckline and smart Mandarin collar. The collar also boasts a sweet stitched "lapel" as well. The dress zips up the left side with a metal zipper and its skirt portion makes wonderful use of the striped fabric, creating impeccably matched chevrons along the front, side and back seams. The tag reads: "Original Franklin Salon Fashions / Chicago".

VITALS:

BUST - 34" minimum, flexible to a larger size due to the surplice cut
WAIST - 26" maximum
HIP - 36"
LENGTH - 47" shoulder to hem
SWEEP - 88" sweep

CONDITON:

Absolutely exceptional. No flaws to speak of. Looks like it was made yesterday!
