I'm always looking for uses for my naturally grown Jalapenos. I have an on-going love affair with them, and always grow way too many. Well, this recipe is the cure. It takes a LOT of jalapenos to make a jar of Cowboy Candy....but it's well worth it. Just pop a bit into your mouth, and you'll see what I mean.

I take tons of my jalapenos and cook them in a cider vinegar/sugar concoction until they jell. Then, I eat them by the spoonful. Try them on crackers with cream cheese. Drop a couple of them into a glass of white wine, or just eat them with your fingers. If you like the jalapeno flavor, without all of the heat, this is for you!
