Materials: wool, dorr mill wool
Beautiful hand dyed 100% wool fabric for rug hooking, penny rugs, applique and many other projects. This wool has a mottled effect with lots of movement, very pretty!!
"Nasturtium" spot is great for flowers, flower gardens, tropical fish, butterflies, outlines, beauty lines, and lots more.
This is a fat 1/4 yard piece measuring 18" x 26" after washing and drying. Custom dye orders are welcome.
Wool is very soft and smooth, very nice to work with, and cuts like butter. All dying is done right here on the farm in my studio. After the wool is dyed, it is then washed and dried to give it that soft fluffy feel. Our wool comes from a smoke-free environment, but pet friendly. Your wool is ready to use.
A fat quarter measures 18x30 inches before washing. Wool is a natural fiber, therefore it does shrink during the dye/wash process. Finished sizes will vary due to different wools. Please feel free to email with any questions, or if you need a special color.
I use only quality 100% wools from Dorr Mill, The Wool Studio and Heaven's to Betsy, etc.
Note - pictures are taken under natural light to give the best color. Monitors do vary, but I can tell you these wools are more pretty in real life.
