In the 1950's, there were quite a lot of "Basket bags", made of wicker, straw, bamboo or wood, or even woven plastic. This structurally fascinating bag is made of split square bamboo strips that are strung or sewn together for a unique "Birdcage" effect. They are separated by yellow plastic beads.
