You can customize your name banner in several ways including house(s) featured and color fields for the lettering pennants. Whether it's a gift for a friend or you're treating yourself you can spread the wizarding love around the house, in your room or even on your door! Made with layers of cardstock and lots of love it's the perfect way to show your magical side! No matter the wizarding house you belong to or if you're stuck between two of them, you can have it all on this banner so you don't have to choose!

I gladly accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Item(s) MUST BE in ALL original packaging and be unopened and unused. Returns must be shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your return I will inspect the item to ensure it has not been opened and then refund the cost of the item. I am not responsible for any of these shipping costs.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations on any custom or sale items.

I can give you a price quote for the banner, provide mock-ups for your approval and provide you with a direct link to your custom order item for purchase.

Processing times vary (please check with me first), but are usually about 5 business days, depending on the complexity of your design.

If you would like something custom PLEASE make yourself available for any questions I may have. Whether it's popping in here, asking Etsy to email you when you have a message or something similar. The process will happen much faster if I can get answers within 24 hours. :)

All banners arrive wrapped on a transparent "spool" of plastic and inside of a plastic bag. This makes sure that you will never have to fight with your banner because it became tangled in shipment!

To hang a banner:
- Attach the string on the right side of the area you want it hung on
- Unwind the banner from it's plastic backing and move to the left side of the hanging area
- Attach the left string to the hanging space
- Adjust the banner to level out at the correct height
-If you have too much string, you can trim it down to size, or let it hang
- Once your banner is at the correct height carefully move the pennants around to take up as much room or as little as you need
- Remember to be gentle with your banner, it's paper! ;)

If you'd like to store your banner for use again, simply wrap it back around the clear plastic "spool" it came to you on and store it in a zip top bag, or back in it's original packaging. If your banner has 3D elements be careful not to crush them under heavy weight. The paper may distort around the foam dots. Place your banner in a dark spot where it can preferably lay flat. If you have to stand it on end, remember that the plastic isn't totally rigid and may cup or curl over time which can also distort over time.

As with any paper items, keep them dry and out of sunlight which will preserve the colors of your banner for a longer period of time, especially if you're using it for home decor.
