String Pieced Scrap Buster Quilt PATTERN
Digital file type(s): 1 PDF
Block Size: 8” x 10-1/2” Quilt Size: 49“ x 59”
Gather up all those scraps and strings that you’ve been saving. We all have them - they are little bits left over from our favorite fabrics. This method is called “string piecing” and has been around for well over 150 years!
Newsprint paper is the foundation and you can use standard 8-1/2” x 11” for this quilt. Add borders and you have a celebration of color that will warm your heart with memories of all the quilts represented in those little bits and strips!

Great way to use scraps of material.
I will respond again when I make the quilt. Directions look very well detailed. I have taken in person classes with Debby Kratovil. Debbie is an excellent teacher. Her teaching method is why I chose to purchase this pattern. My cousin chose the Gees Bend quilt for her gift from me.
I'm making a baby quilt from this pattern using the four square blocks. While not my own style, the couple is very happy with it
Love this pattern using Kaffe motifs from the Sunburst fabric. Simple and easy to get, just purchase,... download and print and you are all set. Instructions look simple and straight forward. Communication from seller is excellent as well. Highly recommend!!!
