Collars are made out of reinforced cotton fabric. They are soft, strong, and comfortable.

Pattern placement will not be exact from collar to collar.

Collars are stylish and so much better than the big box store collars!

Collars are hand made and made to order. No two collars will be exactly alike.

Collars can be gently hand washed with mild soap and laid flat to dry if needed.

Each collar comes standard with a bell. The bell is removable for those kitties that do not like bells.

Breakaway Buckles: Best suited for cats

* Designed to pop open when a certain amount of pressure is applied to them.
This will allow your pet to be freed if they become trapped by their collar.

* Not recommend for use with a leash or any type of restraint.

* Breakaway buckles come with a metal tri-glide slide, split ring, and a bell.

NON-Breakaway Buckles:

* Best for collars intended for tiny dogs or puppies.

* Can be used with a lead or leash.

* Non-Breakaway buckles come with a plastic tri-glide slide and a metal d-ring. (No bell)

Choose from 12 different colors:

Blue, Purple, Pink, Raspberry, Lime Green, Dark Green,
Sand, Brown, Yellow, Orange, White, and Red

SHIPPING

I offer FREE First Class Domestic shipping on all orders!

I only ship within the U.S and Canada. Shipping rates will apply to any Canadian order.

All orders will ship USPS First Class. This does not come with insurance, so if your package is lost, USPS will not cover it.

If you wish to ship USPS Priority, you must contact me prior to ordering. Additional cost will apply.

Once an order is dropped off with the post office, I have no control of the package from that point.

If an item is lost in transit, it is out of my control. I can not be held accountable for lost packages.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at the time of your order. Shipping addresses are generated per the buyer.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

I do not accept returns.

I do not refund for lost packages.

I will accept exchanges on NON custom items. The buyer is required to pay all return shipping costs.

If an item ARRIVES defective or damaged due to error on my end, I will replace the item at no cost to you.

You must submit photos for proof of damage within 24 hours of delivery.

I will not replace any item once it has been worn.
