NOTE: Some tumblers and shirts can’t be customized or personalized after purchase because they are integrated and automatically sent in for printing. Please ask if you’re not sure! Personalization and customization are FREE. If you want something different than what’s on the listing, please contact us before purchase. We can change the text on almost all items. There is no character limit for most items, but the more text you add, the tinier the design will be. I also can add a graphic to the text.

If needed, I will send you a draft of what your product will look like. Keep in mind that providing a draft for your app

We are sorry but we cannot enclose gift notes with orders. Also, whether or not an order is marked as a gift, we never include the price on the packing slip.

After hitting "submit" - your order is placed. Orders are processed within 24 hours in the order they are received. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Saturday only. Generally, customers receive their order in 7 business days or less depending where you are in the country. During Nov-Dec, processing, shipping and delivery times may be longer due to higher volume of orders, poor weather, and delays by the post office. If, by chance, you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

Yes, we offer priority mail for mugs for the United States only. Please note that there is an added cost on top of the regular shipping charge. Please note that choosing USPS priority shipping does not speed up the processing time. The processing times will be longer during holidays, so plan accordingly.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request. The range of delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy and may change depending upon what point we are at in the processing time. Also, due to the unpredictability of the post office and other carriers, busy holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff or out of stock products, we simply cannot promise delivery dates.

We do not accept cancellations.

Due to the personalized nature of my products, and lack of space, I do not accept returns.

We are happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We do require photos of damaged or defective products before we can send a replacement so please send photos with your request.

We are not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order.

Some items are automatically sent in for printing, so we do not refund orders that cannot be personalized and personalization is requested after ordering.
