「ABOUT THE WALLPAPER&MURAL」
▸Please note,all the orders will come in panels.Each panel for the murals will be numbered on the bottom so you could speedly tell the order for each panel. Wallpaper has the same pattern for each panel so no number will be labeled but you can pick any one when you start installing.
▸Pictures displayed are for reference and do not reflect the exact sheet size. Before placing an order, please measure your space and order the appropriate number of sheets. Remember to always round up!

「WALL PREPARE」
●Our wallpaper is designed to be applied to almost any clean, smooth, dry, and dust-free surface. The peel and stick wallpaper are NOT designed for textured walls, bumped walls, freshly painted walls, damp or cold surfaces, plaster, chalk, lime-painted finishes. They are NOT designed for the walls painted with a “stain resistant” or low VOC paint. The wallpaper WILL NOT stick to it. All sanded or drywall textures should be smoothed. To ensure strong adhesion, old wallcovering and loose paint flakes should be removed. Refunds will not be given for wall incompatibility.
●If you have any concerns, we recommend ordering a sample to check how our wallpaper material sticks to your desired surface, how well it holds, and how the design works with your environment.
●If your walls have been recently painted please allow for at least 4 weeks of drying time. Some types of paint might even require up to 5 weeks of drying time for all the fumes to evaporate entirely. If removable wallpaper is applied to fresh paint, it will damage the adhesive backing, and the wallpaper will not be able to hold onto the wall.

「ABOUT OVERLAP」
Yes,there will be an overlapping with 1/2 inch width at the edge on the panel so it could be better to assist you to match up the pattern when you install them.

「ABOUT THE SAMPLE」
Generally we will ship the sample in 13”x10” (33x25cm) for a wallpaper and will print a portion of the pattern of an actual size.For a mural sample,we will put an additional mini scale of a full size.

「CUSTOM ORDER」
You can see the regular size in the drop-down menu.Sure,we accept to custom the different size for our customers and it's free.You can provide us the measurements for your space (width and hight),if you need any help for how to measure it please feel free to contact us for help.

「ABOUT PRINTING」
All our products would be printed with the most advanced printers,which are all made in Japan and we use the original and Eco friendly inks which has “GREENGUARD GOLD” certification so that will ensure the safety and the health and the printing software was also certified with PANTONE that means the coloring could be vivid
and the consistency of the color is no problem between panels.Due to different computer monitor settings, product colors may vary slightly from the pictures provided.

All the orders under $50 USD will be shipped with Japan Post Airmail,which may take about 7-8 working days to deliver to UK and Europen,8-14 working days to deliver to North America and AU/NZ.
Once the order is over $50 USD,we wish ship your order with DHL,which will only take about 3-6 working days to deliver to worldwide after we ship your order.
