This is a spiral bound cook book published in 1965 by Favorite Recipes Press out of Alabama. It is the fourth in a series of cookbooks including one that focused on Meats, Desserts, and one on Salads. These cookbooks really stand as a tribute to Home Economics teachers since all of the recipes were provided by Home Economics teachers from around the country. Each recipe includes the name of the teacher who submitted it and even includes the town and school they are from.

The 10 inch high by 7 & 1/2 inch wide book has a cardboard cover and back. The book, with its 382 pages, features hundreds of casseroles including noodle casseroles, vegetable casseroles, rice casseroles and casseroles with a "foreign flavor." The pages are in good shape with no writing, tearing or stains. The pages are slightly yellowed. Some slight stains on the fore edge of the book. The front and back covers are complete with some wear at the binding and some folding on the corners.
