Unless faulty, items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable.

If you are cancelling an order or exchanging an item it must be returned, unused to qualify for a refund. I will refund the cost of the item and the original shipping cost. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

I also accept returns on purchases that are damaged on arrival. In which I will refund the cost of the item and both the original and return postage.

Until the items to be returned reach me they remain your responsibility. Therefore please use a postal service which will insure you for the value of the items and acquire a proof of postage.
