This is a recipe for the most incredible hot pepper jam you have ever tasted. It is made from jalepeno pepper. I have never seen another recipe like this. Most pepper jams have some ground peppers floating in a jelly. This is all peppers. Great consistency. I serve mine over a block of cream cheese for a quick and easy appetizer. Add some crackers and you are set. I make this jam and sell it at a local craft shop. She gives out samples and keeps me busy!!! Feel free to make this jam and sell it. You will be amazed at the response from the folks who give it a taste. This is a hot-sweet jam. You can also use it on meat or stir it into your favorite cornbread recipe for jalapeno cornbread. The recipe is quite large, but I process this in a water bath canner to preserve it. If you don't want to do that, you can store it in the refrigerator. YUMMY!!!
