Mohair from Phoenix Farm is hand sheared twice per year from holistic pasture-raised animals -- it is 100% natural! Our herd of colored angora goats range in color from cream to taupe to silver, with some black and red animals as well.

This listing is for 1 (one) half POUND (8 ounces) of a beautiful washed fleece in the color of your choice (excluding kid mohair) -- Charcoal, Taupe, Cream, Brick, and more. Each of my colors are sold by the ounce in my Etsy store, so please feel free to browse my listings and select your color or any combination of colors that equal 8 ounces. Just type your selection in the comments section of your order or send me a message.

Fiber ships in the U.S. in a flat rate priority envelope, so you save on shipping costs AND get your fiber fast!! International shipping has also been reduced!

Fleece has been washed several times in hot water with all natural soap and air dried. Locks average approximately 4 inches. This fleece has been gone through by hand to remove all foreign matter and debris picked up in the field. It is stored in a smoke- and pet-free environment. It is ready for you to wash, dye, pick, card, felt, or use for doll hair and other crafting needs! Happy spinning!
