The post is a fickle thing and although these timings are usually pretty reliable they can only be used as a guide. I will ship your items as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee a delivery date as this depends on the Postal Service in each county. Unfortunately this part of your purchase is beyond my control.

Customs and busy holiday periods (esp Christmas!) can also impact on delivery times. Some international orders have arrived in 14-21 working days, so remember to "order early" to avoid disappointment.

I always get proof of posting, but items lost in the post cannot be reported to Royal Mail for 25 working days. Please keep in touch if your order hasn't arrived in good time so I can look into this for you.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs and taxes or tariffs in their country. Your order will be sent to the address on your Etsy account unless you provide an alternative address.

CAN I ADD A NAME TO PERSONALISE MY STORAGE BASKET, BAG OR FLAG?
Yes absolutely! Most products can be customised with text or a name to make your purchase personal. Just send me a message before making your order, so I can work out the details for you.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?
Some cotton products can be washed at 30°c or less on a gentle cycle and drip dried, however I advise products are spot cleaned as this will help keep their print fresh and hold their shape. Storage baskets and hampers should only be spot cleaned. Iron items gently with the print side facing down. Baskets are packed flat for shipping, when they arrive a gentle iron (print side down) will smooth out any wrinkles.

Hessian/ burlap products cannot be washed, as this fabric really doesn’t last well once it’s very wet. A spot clean will be okay.

PLAYING SAFE
All my fabrics are non toxic and safe for children. However it’s good to remember that toys or cushions should never be left in a cot while your baby is sleeping.
