🔨 Easy DIY Assembly

The ends of each stretcher bar are shaped to interlock with matching bars, allowing you to assemble a frame without complicated joinery.

Simply:

1. Select the lengths required for your frame
2. Interlock the corners to create the wooden frame
3. Position your canvas over the assembled frame
4. Pull the canvas evenly around the edges
5. Secure the canvas to the back of the frame with suitable staples or fasteners

Your canvas should be larger than the finished frame so there is enough material around each edge to wrap around and secure at the back.

You can create a larger support structure by building multiple smaller frame sections and positioning them together to form the overall size required.

Each smaller section is assembled normally using four stretcher bars. Multiple sections can then be arranged side-by-side or in a grid to support a larger canvas.

Example configurations:

• 50 × 100cm frame
Create two 50 × 50cm sections side-by-side
→ 8 × 50cm stretcher bars total
→ 4 packs of 50cm bars

• 50 × 150cm frame
Create three 50 × 50cm sections side-by-side
→ 12 × 50cm stretcher bars total
