A+++ Highly recommended! Great Quality! Omg! The necklace was perfect! After being heartbroken over losing my beloved pet/service dog, I ordered this. It arrived in a beautiful box, with everything necessary to put my dogs’ ashes inside the heart urn. The engraving was perfect! I can’t say enough beautiful things about this and how it warmed my soul. Thank you Chloe for such a wonderful job and for your kind words in your reply to my customer service question. Michele
