This little miniature art doll is a special creation of mine, Charles Lindbergh.
He is wearing brown boots, khaki breeches, faux leather flight jacket with sheepskin lined collar, and even a little "aviator's" cap and map in hand!

All details are hand painted carefully, and he stands a tiny 4 1/2 inches tall, (11.4 cm).

Who was Charles Lindbergh?
Born in 1902 – lived until 1974, Charles was nicknamed "Slim," "Lucky Lindy" and "The Lone Eagle". He was an American aviator, author, inventor, explorer, and social activist.
Lindbergh emerged from virtual obscurity to almost instantaneous world fame as the result of his solo non-stop flight in 1927, fromNew York to Paris, France, a distance of nearly 3,600 statute miles in the single-seat, single-engine monoplane Spirit of St. Louis.
