I received my order very quickly, but when I opened it, it was the wrong case! I knew they said no refunds or exchanges, so I immediately looked at my order to make sure I had entered the right model and thankfully, I had. I messaged Holtz regarding the error and they sent me the correct case right away. From one customer service rep to another, y’all were AMAZING to work with!!
