Item details

Vintage from the 1930s

==========================
10 vintage luggage labels
==========================

To give you an idea of their size, here are some measurements from the second image, left column:

- LMS Coventry:
3 x 1 1/4 in
75 x 32 mm
- G.E.R. Lincoln
3 1/2 x 2 1/4 in
100 x 58 mm
=========================

Thin, paper labels from a time gone by. These would have been adhered to your suitcase or parcel, before loading on to the train. They`re so much fun to use in collage art, on handmade cards, on vintage/railway theme artist trading cards, in your junk journal and, of course, on anything going to your friends in the U.K.!

The images showing 10 labels are indicative of the package you will receive. Most of these labels are circa 1930's. Some are a little earlier; some a little later. None are older than the 1950's. Because of their age, some of the labels have minor bends and slightly ragged edges.
