Ceramic Porcelain Cup and Saucer, Department of the Navy

Antique demitasse cup and matching saucer is marked with the gold seal of the Department of the Navy and also has 4 gold stars. Both pieces have a gold and blue stripe. I believe it would have been issued to a 4 Star Admiral. The cup has number 66 on the bottom and the saucer is marked Mayer China Beaver Falls, PA. The gold seal shows a tiny bit of wear but both pieces are in great vintage condition (no chips or cracks). The cup measures about 2.25 inches tall with a diameter of 2.5 inches; the saucer is about 5 inches in diameter.
