5 out of 5 starsThese story prompts have been really great as jumping-off points for writers of any level. I love the variety of ideas, questions, and photos. You can look at the same card a number of times and come up with completely different POV's and styles. A bonus (to me) is the size. I've seen other story prompt collections, and they are normally bulky. These, I can slip into a pocket if I needed to. Looking forward to the expansion packs.

I am a youth librarian in a public library. I was looking for an interesting (and different!) writing prompt idea to use with my Kids Writing Club. My target age range is 4th through 6th grade, so there are a few cards that are a little esoteric for them, but my coworkers and I had some REALLY interesting conversations when I was going through them! The text is fun, the images are interesting, and the quality is great. We have not used the game play instructions yet, because I'm saving that for later in the season when they've gotten a little more time under their belts, but I can see it being a fun exercise for my kids. It is a beautiful deck!
