Q : Have all the seat models for TRIUMPH seats the same foam shape and fiberglass structure?
A : Yes , These seat for TRIUMPH seats and also under seat with locking frame for each models. The base has one type only and just creates a pattern stitching more than 7 pattern design on items list. these seats made from High-Density Foam and Light weight Fiberglass seat pan and also the seats Lock system made from stainless steel too.
Q : Is only the cut sew changing?
A : Yes
Q : Is this seat intended to be more comfortable than the stock one?
A : No, the gel pads embedded in the seat provide Vibration some cushioning and provide only a little comfort. for support for your drive in a level to some extent, so should not expect more than in actual fact and at least adding more gel is better than nothing or no gel.
Yes it's correct, because this is the Kustom seat and created for different from the original seat that comes with your motorcycle, they're more color or special design and more pattern and also the sizing. Also, the thickness is not the same too. If we analyze and consider to the reality, we will understand that the material of the Kustom seat will not be the same as the original seat that comes with the motorcycle. Completely different purposes of your favorites and this is the reason why you want to change the new seat.
Q : Does the height change from stock seat?
A : Yes, the height will differ when compared to the original seat.
Q : Is the gel insert durable for the entire life cycle of the seat?
A : yes
Q : Is it possible to request some customization like the foam thickness?
A : yes, you can add or reduce the thickness about half or 1 inch.

Q. Why do we need your phone number to be able to ship your order?

A. It is very important for international customers to supply their phone number for the shipping slip.
- If the parcel has any import charges, duties or tarrifs, the courier needs to be able to contact the receiver.
- The buyer must be responsible for these costs.
- When the parcel arrive to your local already, if the courier cannot contact the buyer within 7 days, the parcel has to return to the seller and also, these will have any costs shipment for parcel return has already happened.
So, the buyer must be responsible for that. And also,the shipping costs with tax as you has already paid before cannot be refunded. because your order has shipped to your address done. but your parcel has hold on because they can't contact to you and they don't have your phone number too.
