I attempted to contact the buyer through etsy conversation and email in order to get their question. They were informed if they didn't respond, I would do the reading as an "unspoken" question and close the order. After receiving this review I reached out again to attempt their reading, and did not get a response. It's unfortunate I was not able to do more for them, but there's only so much I can do if a buyer doesn't respond.
