FACT: I was attracted to this painting instantly because of it's freshness of color and because, although it's not a paint by number piece, it has that feel. I'm always on the lookout for the occasional charming naive painting. This artist was such a novice that they didn't even sign their name. I believe this is acrylic, not oil, and is done on canvas board. It comes with it's solid wood frame, which I think suits it perfectly.
This is a charming piece for the primitive lover or for the cabin dweller.
18" x 22"

FICTION: It was Autumn, and Helga had been meeting John in the big red barn behind the Swenson place every Thursday since calving time last spring. She knew it couldn't go on much longer. They would either be discovered and shunned by their families, or they would freeze their britches off when the snow fell. The fires of passion continued to burn, and it didn't look like snow or hellfire was going to keep them from each other.
